I started Fused by building websites for small businesses. Restaurants, repair shops, contractors, salons. Most of them were paying agencies too much for sites that never got touched after launch. I built a model where you pay a flat monthly rate and the site stays current, the hosting is handled, and you talk to me when something needs to change.
The silver subscription came from my own buying habits. I was sourcing bullion directly and found I could offer better pricing than the brokers by cutting them out. The education work grew from people asking how I was running all of this.
You deal with me directly. There is no coordinator passing messages back and forth or a different person on every call. That is not something I say to sound friendly. It is just how the business is built.
