We do not use cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or tracking pixels on this website. We do not build behavioral profiles of site visitors. Email newsletters sent through MailerLite may include standard email tracking such as open-rate pixels and link-click tracking. You can disable image loading in your email client to prevent open tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

Unsubscribing: Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You may also contact us directly to request removal. We will process all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Once removed, your email address is not retained for marketing purposes.

Each provider listed above is contractually bound to process data only as directed and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. MailerLite is a registered data processor under GDPR and maintains Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.

5. Data Transmission and Security

All data submitted through this site is transmitted over HTTPS using TLS encryption. We implement standard HTTP security headers including Content Security Policy, X-Frame-Options, and Strict-Transport-Security to protect against common web vulnerabilities.

Access to subscriber data is limited to authorized personnel with a business need. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.

6. Data Retention

• Contact form submissions: Retained only as long as necessary to respond to and close out your inquiry. Typically no longer than 12 months from last contact.
• Newsletter subscribers: Retained in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Suppression records (to prevent re-adding unsubscribed addresses) may be retained indefinitely as required by anti-spam regulations.
• Transactional email logs: Resend retains delivery logs per their own retention policy. We do not separately archive transactional email content.

You may request deletion of your data at any time. See Section 9 for how to submit a request.

7. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies, localStorage tracking, or third-party analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar). No tracking data is collected as you browse the site.

Email newsletters sent via MailerLite may include a tracking pixel (a small transparent image) that records whether the email was opened, and may track clicks on links within the email. This is standard practice for email marketing and helps us understand engagement with our content. If you do not want this tracked, you can disable automatic image loading in your email client, or unsubscribe from the newsletter.

8. Children's Privacy
