This Privacy Policy describes how Fused Direct Distribution ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website at fuseddistribution.com, including all sub-pages, contact forms, and email newsletter subscriptions.
By using this site or submitting any form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use this site or submit your information.

Information collected when you subscribe to a mailing list:
- Email address
- First name (where requested)
- Subscription source (which form or page you used)

- IP address at time of subscription (collected by MailerLite for fraud and compliance purposes)
Information collected automatically:
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website and improve its content, performance, and services. Google Analytics may collect your approximate location, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring page, interaction events, and timestamps. It uses first-party cookies and similar technologies, including cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. We do not use Google Analytics for personalized advertising, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, message contents, or other directly identifying form data to Google Analytics. Email newsletters sent through MailerLite may include standard email tracking such as open-rate pixels and link-click tracking. You can disable image loading in your email client to prevent open tracking.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to contact form submissions and business inquiries
- To deliver newsletters and email content you opted into
- To send the signup offer or lead magnet associated with your subscription

We do not use contact form data to add you to any mailing list. Newsletter subscribers are only added through explicit opt-in forms.
3. Our Mailing Lists
We operate two email newsletters:
- The Silver Report — published under Fused Reserve. Covers silver investing, market updates, and buying guides.
- The Tech Brief — published under Fused Technology Solutions. Covers website performance, local SEO, and digital marketing for local businesses.
Subscription to either list is entirely optional. You will only be added if you complete a signup form and confirm your intent. We will never add you from a contact form submission, purchase, or any other source without a separate, explicit opt-in.
Unsubscribing: Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You may also contact us directly to request removal. We will process all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Once removed, your email address is not retained for marketing purposes.
CAN-SPAM compliance: All commercial emails include our physical mailing address, a clear identification as commercial communication, and a functional unsubscribe mechanism, as required by the US CAN-SPAM Act.
GDPR compliance (EU/EEA subscribers): If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, we process your email subscription data under the lawful basis of consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing. See Section 9 for your full rights.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any other third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We do not use data brokers. We do not operate affiliate tracking on this site.
Each provider listed above is contractually bound to process data only as directed and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. MailerLite is a registered data processor under GDPR and maintains Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.
5. Data Transmission and Security
All data submitted through this site is transmitted over HTTPS using TLS encryption. We implement standard HTTP security headers including Content Security Policy, X-Frame-Options, and Strict-Transport-Security to protect against common web vulnerabilities.
Access to subscriber data is limited to authorized personnel with a business need. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
- Contact form submissions: Retained only as long as necessary to respond to and close out your inquiry. Typically no longer than 12 months from last contact.
- Newsletter subscribers: Retained in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Suppression records (to prevent re-adding unsubscribed addresses) may be retained indefinitely as required by anti-spam regulations.
- Transactional email logs: Resend retains delivery logs per their own retention policy. We do not separately archive transactional email content.
- Google Analytics data: Event and user data is retained by Google Analytics according to the retention setting for our property and Google's applicable policies. We use aggregated reports for site improvement and do not retain a separate copy of raw Analytics data.
You may request deletion of your data at any time. See Section 9 for how to submit a request.
7. Cookies and Tracking
This website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits and interactions. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. Where applicable law requires prior consent for non-essential analytics cookies, you may refuse or withdraw consent through the cookie controls presented on this site or through your browser settings. Your choice is stored in the fused_analytics_consent cookie and local browser storage. You can also withdraw consent by deleting that cookie and local storage entry, installing Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, blocking analytics cookies, or contacting us to request assistance. Blocking cookies may affect some site functionality.
Email newsletters sent via MailerLite may include a tracking pixel (a small transparent image) that records whether the email was opened, and may track clicks on links within the email. This is standard practice for email marketing and helps us understand engagement with our content. If you do not want this tracked, you can disable automatic image loading in your email client, or unsubscribe from the newsletter.
8. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately using the contact form at fuseddistribution.com/#contact and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights

Analytics consent and withdrawal: Where processing of analytics data is based on your consent, you may refuse or withdraw consent at any time using the available cookie controls or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

10. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. We do not currently use DNT as a universal opt-out mechanism. You can use the analytics opt-out methods described in Section 7 or contact us for assistance.

For EU/EEA subscribers, MailerLite (our email platform) is incorporated in the EU and maintains Standard Contractual Clauses and GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. Resend operates under a Data Processing Agreement compliant with applicable data transfer frameworks.
